El presente documento recoge la información de contacto y los datos legales del titular de la aplicación ShareCab, de conformidad con la normativa aplicable en materia de servicios de la sociedad de la información y con los requisitos de identificación exigidos por las plataformas de distribución de aplicaciones.

Para el ejercicio de tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad previstos en el RGPD, deberás acompañar tu solicitud con una copia de tu documento de identidad, pasaporte u otro documento válido.
Tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control de protección de datos competente según tu territorio de residencia; siendo esta Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) la autoridad de control principal, al ser España el país de establecimiento del responsible.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR, you must enclose a copy of your ID card, passport or other valid identifying document with your request.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority for your territory of residence.

It is noted that the former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased to be operational on 20 July 2025, following the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
