El equipo de ShareCab te informa de que utilizamos identificadores de dispositivo y otras tecnologías de seguimiento con el objeto de facilitar el uso de la App, mejorar su rendimiento, garantizar la seguridad y analizar su funcionamiento.
En una aplicación móvil nativa, la tecnología relevante no son, por lo general, las cookies de navegador propias de un sitio web, sino los identificadores de dispositivo, los kits de desarrollo de software (SDK) integrados y las tecnologías de sesión equivalentes. Esta Política se rige por el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y por la Directiva 2002/58/CE (ePrivacy).

Son identificadores, archivos o herramientas que permiten reconocer tu dispositivo o tu sesión, almacenar y recuperar información sobre tus hábitos de uso de la App, mejorar la seguridad y el rendimiento, y recopilar datos estadísticos, normalmente anónimos o seudonimizados.
Tecnologías de sesión: diseñadas para recabar y almacenar datos mientras usas la App. Tecnologías persistentes: los datos siguen almacenados en tu dispositivo durante un periodo definido, que puede ir de minutos a varios años.
Técnicas y funcionales (estrictamente necesarias, no pueden deshabilitarse); analíticas (para analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios y mejorar el rendimiento); de identificación publicitaria (identificador de publicidad de Android o IDFA de iOS); y de integración con redes sociales, en su caso.
Propias (gestionadas directamente por ShareCab) y de terceros (gestionadas por un SDK o proveedor distinto).
ShareCab puede utilizarlas para: mantener la seguridad de la App; mejorar su rendimiento; analizar el uso y el rendimiento técnico; prevenir fraudes y abusos; mejorar la experiencia del usuario; diagnosticar fallos técnicos; y recopilar datos estadísticos.
A continuación se detallan las tecnologías de seguimiento con las que cuenta la App:

Los datos analíticos se procesan de forma agregada o seudonimizada cuando sea posible.
Ciertas tecnologías son necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento y la seguridad de la App. Estas tecnologías esenciales no pueden deshabilitarse mientras uses ShareCab, ya que sin ellas la App no podría funcionar correctamente.
Cuando la legislación aplicable lo exija, las tecnologías no esenciales solo se utilizarán con tu consentimiento, que debe ser libre, específico, informado e inequívoco. No se considera válido el consentimiento obtenido por defecto, el silencio o la inacción. La interfaz de configuración te ofrecerá la misma facilidad para rechazar que para aceptar cada categoría, conforme al art. 4.11 del RGPD y a las Directrices 3/2022 del Comité Europeo de Protección de Datos sobre patrones oscuros en las interfaces. Puedes retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, sin que ello afecte a la licitud del tratamiento previo.
Si ShareCab accede al identificador para anunciantes (IDFA) en tu dispositivo iOS con fines de seguimiento entre aplicaciones, dicho acceso quedará condicionado a tu autorización expresa a través del aviso estandarizado "App Tracking Transparency" de tu sistema operativo. Denegar dicha autorización no afectará al resto de funcionalidades de la App. Conforme al inventario recogido en el apartado 4, ShareCab no utiliza actualmente el IDFA con fines de seguimiento publicitario entre aplicaciones; esta cláusula se mantiene con carácter preventivo para el supuesto de que dicho tratamiento se incorporase en el futuro, en cuyo caso deberá actualizarse el inventario y solicitarse el consentimiento correspondiente.
Puedes gestionar tus preferencias desde el panel de configuración de la App o desde los ajustes de privacidad de tu dispositivo (Android o iOS). La desactivación de algunas tecnologías puede afectar a determinadas funcionalidades de la App.

Esta Política se rige por el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Directiva 2002/58/CE (ePrivacy), de aplicación general en toda la Unión Europea. Tienes derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control de protección de datos competente según tu territorio de residencia; siendo esta la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD — www.aepd.es) la autoridad de control principal, al ser España el país de establecimiento del responsable del tratamiento, sin perjuicio de la normativa de transposición del art. 5.3 de la Directiva 2002/58/CE vigente en tu país de residencia.

The ShareCab team informs you that we use device identifiers and other tracking technologies in order to facilitate use of the App, improve its performance, ensure security, and analyse how it functions.
In a native mobile application, the relevant technology is generally not browser cookies as found on a website, but rather device identifiers, integrated software development kits (SDKs), and equivalent session technologies. This Policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC (the "ePrivacy Directive").

These are identifiers, files or tools that allow your device or session to be recognised, that store and retrieve information about how you use the App, improve security and performance, and collect statistical data, which is generally anonymous or pseudonymised.
Session technologies: designed to collect and store data while you are using the App. Persistent technologies: data remains stored on your device for a defined period, which may range from a few minutes to several years.
Technical and functional (strictly necessary, cannot be disabled); analytical (used to analyse user behaviour and improve performance); advertising identification (Android's advertising identifier or Apple's IDFA); and social media integration, where applicable.
First-party (managed directly by ShareCab) and third-party (managed by a different SDK or provider).
ShareCab may use them to: maintain the App's security; improve its performance; analyse usage and technical performance; prevent fraud and abuse; improve the user experience; diagnose technical faults; and collect statistical data.

Analytical data is processed in aggregated or pseudonymised form wherever possible.
Certain technologies are necessary for the App to function correctly and securely. These essential technologies cannot be disabled while you use ShareCab, since without them the App could not function properly.
Where applicable law requires it, non-essential technologies will only be used with your consent, which must be free, specific, informed and unambiguous. Consent obtained by default, through silence, or through inaction is not considered valid. The settings interface will offer you the same ease in refusing as in accepting each category, in accordance with Article 4(11) GDPR and the European Data Protection Board's Guidelines 3/2022 on dark patterns in interfaces. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
If ShareCab accesses the identifier for advertisers (IDFA) on your iOS device for the purpose of tracking you across other apps, such access will be conditional on your express authorisation through the standardised "App Tracking Transparency" prompt of your operating system. Refusing such authorisation will not affect the rest of the App's features. In accordance with the inventory set out in section 4, ShareCab does not currently use the IDFA for cross-app advertising tracking purposes; this clause is retained on a precautionary basis in case such processing is introduced in the future, in which case the inventory must be updated and the corresponding consent obtained.
You can manage your preferences from the App's settings panel or from your device's privacy settings (Android or iOS). Disabling certain technologies may affect some of the App's features.
Tracking technologies can also be disabled or deactivated depending on the browser or device used, where any part of the service is accessed through a browser. Below you can find instructions for the main browsers:

ShareCab is not responsible for the content or the currency of these providers' privacy policies, as they are directly responsible for their own legal compliance.

This Policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), which apply generally throughout the European Union. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority for your territory of residence; the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD — www.aepd.es) acts as the lead supervisory authority, Spain being the controller's country of establishment, without prejudice to the national legislation transposing Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC in force in your country of residence.
